Facilities Services Administration
The Office of Facilities Services Administration provides program support and acts as the main contact source for the other offices located within Facilities Management. Facilities Service Administration is responsible for the following five areas:
- Provide Customer Services which includes customer care center, relocation crew and surplus services
- Manage Administrative Services to include administrative support, human resources coordination, timekeeping governance, professional development, rental property management and vehicle maintenance
- Media Services including Facilities Management and its office's websites, shared drive, software support and special projects
- Facility Assets Management which includes CMMS (TMA), assets inventory management, training, geographical Information systems (GIS), document management, space and occupant information, and facilities condition assessment
- Computer Support to include network, hardware, software
